This is a picture of my family.
This is my father ,he has short,
straight and dark hair, his eyes are
dark . He wears glasses.
This is my mother ,she has
little short, curly and dark hair, her
eyes are dark and he wears glasses, too.
This is me, I have little short,
straight and dark hair, my eyes are dark
and I doesn't wear glasses.
We are at a park , we usually go to
the park on weekends.

Harry Potter

I saw a movie named “Harry Potter
and the Order of the Phoenix”. The movie
was scary, why? Because the Voldermort
didn’t have nose, and he can duplicate
on another people. But, Harry potter‘s
headmaster took the Voldermort to other
“world”. I think the headmaster’s super
natural power is bigger than the
Voldermort. I really like it .

Yesterday, we went to Lidazhao martyr
grave.The Lidazhao martyr grave is very
clean and beautiful, there are many
trees and many graves.
First, We stay for a while silently .
Next, We send little white flowers for
Lidazhao.

that is my first visit to a grave.

10,000 Age

I saw the movie "10,000 Age" with
my mother. It was about an oboriginal
hamlet. The YAGAO clansmen lived there .
All along they were peaceful . One day a
girl with blue eyes was emerged, she was
a bad woman. Nobody wants to play with
her, but a boy loved her, they became
good friends. One day, some people came
to there, they caught many people ,
including the girl. The boy led three
people to rescue them. On the way they
met many other people, they became
friends. They all went to rescue them.
At last, they won.
I really liked it because it was
very exciting, adventurous and amazing.

Spring Trip

It was sunny on Thursday, we went to
Botanical Garden by bus .
I
saw many beautiful
flowers、grasses
and trees. They were very beautiful, I
liked them very much. There were many
visitors in the Botanical Garden.
There was a lake in the Botanical
Garden. A couple of boats were on the
lake. I felt very good because I knew
much knowledge about botanies.
The
Botanical Garden is a good place, I want
to visit there again.
How To Keep In Shape

When we are in shape, we will feel
good. Let’s get in shape.
Today, I get enough sleep, I didn’t
stay up too late last night. I eat
enough good food, fresh fruits and
vegetables. And I drink eight glasses of
water, a glass of milk and a glass of
juice. I get enough exercise, running,
high jumping and dancing. I don’t eat
too much junk food and watch too much
TV. I always do things that can help me
stay healthy. I do like this everyday,
so I’m in shape.
But my sister is out of shape.
Everyday she stays up too late ,she
always eats junk food, she doesn’t eat
good food .She watches too much TV, she
doesn’t get enough exercise, so she is
out of shape.
And now, I know how to keep in shape

Keep In Shape

When we are in shape ,we feel good.
Let’s get in shape.
First, get exercise. Second, drink lots
of water and juice .Third , eat plenty
of vegetables . Don’t watch too much tv
. Don’t eat too much junk food . Don’t
stay up too late.
I often eat
plenty of vegetables and fresh fruit. I
don’t like to eat junk food . I also
drink lots of water and juice . I like
to ride the bike , play basketball, play
soccer, swim and fly kites. I sleep at
8:45 everyday . I never stay up too late

My grandmother gets in shape every
day . She gets up early and does some

My father likes swimming and running.
