12月18日，外语特色校雅思英语教学教研活动在杭州举办。该活动由外语教学与研究出版社（外研社）主办，杭州英特外国语学校承办，旨在探讨基于校本课程的中学雅思教学开展，土豆雅思创始人刘薇老师、British Council（英国文化教育协会）的雅思专家、全国多家外国语特色校、国际学校的英语教师参与了此次活动。

在此次活动中，我校史芳老师与苏州外国语学校罗亦兰老师应邀呈现了雅思作文教学“同课异构”研讨课，展示了各自扎实的语言功底和较强的课堂驾驭能力。

基于雅思小作文考试中的地图题出现频率不断提高但学生对这类题目的了解和把控能力还有所欠缺，我校初中英语教师史芳讲授了《雅思中学教程》二级下第八单元的第三部分地图题写作中的“今夕对比”动态变迁题。这道题需要学生以一种符合逻辑的方式描述一个城镇在十八年内的发展变化，对于学生语言精准度、文章流畅度和连贯性要求颇高。因此，展示课主要的任务就是让学生能够在理解地图的基础上合理安排文章的构架并用流畅、连贯和精准的语言将图片中的信息转化成文字。

首先，史芳通过一张英特校园的地图自然地引入了地图题写作这一课堂主题，并在无形中拉进了与学生之间的距离，消除了陌生感。随后，史芳给学生们仔细讲解了开头段的写法，她精心设计的板书清晰明了。在主题段落写作训练中，史芳同样采用小组合作的方式让学生抓取主要信息并思考描述的先后顺序，使原本枯燥的写作课变得引人入胜。虽然整堂课信息量大、任务繁杂，但史芳运用“4步计划”使学生逐步达成各项学习任务并在今后面对地图题时也能够更加从容和自信。作为博士，史芳本人严谨的教学思路和出色的语言能力也为其他与会成员留下了十分深刻的印象。 

课后，土豆雅思创始人刘薇老师和British Council的专家Jonathan Dixon先生都高度肯定了史芳的教学设计，课程由易到难，从单词替换、句子的同义表达到最后的篇章输出，过程循序渐进，梯度设计合理。同时，两位专家也建议史芳在如何提升学生的课堂参与度上可以做进一步的尝试和推进。

The main purpose of this class is to introduce students to the IELTS map task and the structure of the map problem.To achieve this goal, four easy-to-understand steps are designed to help students go through this class and check the boxes they need in order to master this task in the future.Through these four steps, students can reasonably classify and arrange the information they want to express in their writing, and describe in a logical form the changes that have taken place in the town and surrounding areas in the two maps during the 18-year period.While guiding students to carry out a reasonable writing structure, the teaching process also emphasizes the use of accurate language, the choice of tense and voice, the fluency and consistency of the full text.Putting this into a 40-minute class was a serious challenge.Therefore, the biggest problem facing this class is the problem of too much information, but if the information can be properly arranged, it will be much easier for students to deal with them.
